Shipping policy

We carefully pack and send all orders from the Sunshine Coast, Queensland.

Processing Times

Orders are generally packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. During busy periods, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping

We currently ship within Australia using Australia Post.

We have a flat rate shipping cost of $10. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available.

Delivery timeframes provided by Australia Post are estimates and may vary depending on your location and circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Addresses
